Let’s get creative!
Thank you all so much for your patience. While this blog has been inactive I’ve done quite a lot of thinking about the best way to go about presenting the tasks and the task solutions. What I’ve come up with is quite different from my original ideas, but I won’t bore you with the details of my original plans for the blog.
So here’s the idea: The actual blog posts on this blog will be the tasks - i. e. assignments to inspire your creativity. They can be vague or specific. For instance “Make a handbag”, “Take a photo each day of the upcoming week, presenting in each photo a number” or “write a poem with a dog, a potted plant and a cigar in it”. As you can see the tasks will be in many different creative areas, some of them allowing you to choose your medium.
When you’ve come up with your solution to a task, you present it on your own blog. When doing so you trackback to the post on this blog where the task is presented. That way there will be a list of links to different task solutions beneath each task.
If you don’t have a blog you can post a comment to the blog post with your solution. However, in order to show us your work you need to put your photos online through some other service, for instance Flickr.
You won’t need to become a registered member to trackback or to post comments, but if you want to contribute with tasks of your own, and/or want to appear with a link to your blog on our site, please register.
I’ve added a link with some more instructions to the right. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to email us.
Vacation with creative impulses
Like I mentioned in my Swedish post, I’m on vacation. A week has almost gone by. One good thing with having quite a bit of time on your hands is that you start getting creative ideas again. I’ve missed both writing and other creative fields…
